Imagine the horror that would rock your congregation, if any of the young ones in this picture
had to endure the sexual harrassment that went on here at the main branch of the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh.
The vile acts, and the perp, have been protected in some sadistic ritual game of "Protect Our Perp".
